I knew that was from somewhere! Also the answer to the question asked in the "reject selection" is: You need a chainsaw and a boomstick

Ash FTW

Now listen up, you primitive screwheads. See this? This... is my boomstick! The 12-gauge double-barreled Remington. S-Mart's top of the line. You can find this in the sporting goods department. That's right, this sweet baby was made in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Retails for about $109.95. It's got a walnut stock, cobalt blue steel, and a hair trigger. That's right. Shop smart. Shop S-Mart. You *got* that?

Don't forget the original campaign has the Army of Darkness in UW/Fissure. I love the Ash references they've been putting in.

Oh yeah, any Ash reference fuels me!

Now, all we need is some Spaceballs references, and I'm set!

It's sort of ironic that the spell Judge's Insight doesn't help you one bit in the trial at the end of the preview. You'd think you could peer into the jury's skull and. . . You know, gather some insightful information?

And let us not forget Holy Haste. Go check out Healbot Blues for that one. (Not Twinkiemonk, damnit, my comic isn't cool. . . yet.)

There might have been an NPC called Vorlon, but that might have been my mind playing tricks on me.

Sad thing is, the Holy Haste skill that was implemented in Nightfall doesn't even do what Healbot from Healbot Blues wanted it to do. Check out the comic here.

I agree. All it needs is all the little windows (or what ever they are) that the borg cube has.

I don't know if this is an inside joke or not but in the Flamingos quest (forget the name) where you are supposed to get them out of the fields, I tried all the things that had worked in the past, blocking their path, kind of pushing them in the direction they need to go, clicking on them etc. I then read the quest again and it said, "shoo the flamingo's out of the field". So I thought what the hell......so I did /shoo and it worked. Finally, a real use for emotes!

Some npc walks round Kamaden saying "I should have been a farmer" which I immediately thought was a reference to a-nets hate for farming.

I forget which area this was in... Was either Beknur Harbor or Kodlonu Hamlet...

All the Henchies are standing around a campfire. The first thing I thought of when I saw this screen was the Player select screen from Diablo II

I was starting to wonder if I was the only one who noticed that. Holy Haste was supposed to be a speed/run skill, for those who didn't know or didn't go look at the comic.

The whole "holy haste" thing sounds like something from Monty Python's Holy Graile.
